Terms & Conditions:

• Absolutely no replacements or refunds for lost or stolen cards or unused rounds under any circumstances (includes medical situations).
• Holder is entitled to one 18 hole complimentary round with the purchase of an 18 hole round at the applicable course rate.
• For golf privileges only (carts, practice balls, etc not included).
• No credits or refunds given for unused rounds.
• All cards are non-refundable but can be transferred to another party.
• Not valid with other promotions or tournament play.
• Valid only for duration of 2025 golf season. Confirm dates of operation with courses.
• If a Golf PEI member course fails to operate in the upcoming season, there will be no substitution issued for lost round on card
